Items you can't put in a skip:

Oil-based paint, petrol/diesel, asbestos, grease products, gas bottles, chemicals, aerosol cans and fluorescent tubes.

Items in the skip that will incur an extra cost:

Mattresses, fridges/freezers, types of tyres (any type/size, empty paint tins, treated timber (railway sleepers/telegraph poles and automotive batteries. 

If you're throwing away any of the above items then please call the bookings team on 01245 466646 to arrange a separate collection, as these items are not permitted in our skips.
